I’m Tobechi (toe-beh-chee) Agbim: a product innovator, storyteller, and builder at heart. I’m driven by curiosity, powered by technology, and inspired by ideas that turn into meaningful experiences. With a background in Operations Management and an MBA in Marketing and International Business—plus certifications in Software Product and Project Management—I bring both strategy and creativity to everything I build.

My career journey has crossed industries from telecommunications and education to HVAC and aviation technology, but the constant has always been people. I thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with teams to design thoughtful, user-centered products that solve real problems and tell compelling stories.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me exploring interior design, creating cozy spaces, or designing new candles. I’m the founder of OZEM Candle Co., a brand rooted in wellness, self-care, and beautifully scented moments meant to slow life down—just a little.

I’m also a passionate traveler, having explored many countries across Africa, Europe, and South America, and nearly every U.S. state. Along the way, I’ve developed a love for digital media, emerging tech, influencing, and entrepreneurship—all outlets for creativity and connection.
